Samsung Electronics announced explosive growth in its Q4 2025 financial results, setting new quarterly records. Revenue reached 93.8 trillion KRW, while operating profit soared 209% year-over-year to 20.1 trillion KRW.

The company's Semiconductor Division was the undisputed growth engine, delivering 16.4 trillion KRW in operating profit—a staggering 465% increase. This performance, driven by surging demand for high-end memory chips like DRAM and HBM, accounted for nearly 80% of the group's total profit. The division has successfully supplied HBM3E to leaders like NVIDIA, Google, and AMD and reclaimed its position as the top DRAM supplier in Q4.
